Mike Maurice
President
Mike is a veteran in healthcare spending several years as a diabetes pharmaceutical representative. Joining in 2017, his mission is to make Sugarbush Living the best assisted living community in the area, with happy staff, residents, and families.
Patti Fischer
Trainer for Care Quality
Patti is a 32 year veteran in the assisted living industry. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), she has cared for hundreds of residents throughout her career. Her role at Sugarbush is focused on delivering hands on training to ensure we deliver high quality care.
Lana Henry
Operations
Lana began her career as a caregiver, working at several facilities. She has evolved to become the Operations Manager. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring we recruit and retain top quality talent, operate reliably and efficiently and attend to our residents’ needs.
Sarah Swartz
Activities & Assistance
Sarah joined Sugarbush to help the management team promote quality, efficiency and resident engagement. Prior to Sugarbush, Sarah served as Mid Michigan’s Community Liaison, responsible for engaging residents at assisted living communities with fun activities.
